Rouben Der Minassian (1882–1951) was an Armenian revolutionary and political leader whose public life was shaped by underground organizing, armed struggle, and service during the First Republic of Armenia.

His memoirs, published over decades in Hairenik, preserve the people, arguments, disciplines, and losses of a revolutionary generation from the perspective of one of its participants.
