Who We Are

The student association for Armenians in higher education.

The Armenian Revolutionary Federation “Shant” Student Association organizes Armenian students across the western United States around a shared purpose, raising the political and cultural awareness of a generation entrusted with carrying the Armenian Cause forward.

We exist to sharpen our members' understanding of Armenian history, language, and identity, and to equip them with the political consciousness to defend Armenia's security, advocate for the rights of Artsakh Armenians, and pursue recognition and justice for the Armenian Genocide.

Shant carries more than a century of ARF tradition into the university, helping students know the causes they work for as well as they know the culture they come from. No membership is required to attend our meetings. Everyone is welcome.

Supporting Artsakh

In coordination with the Crescenta Valley “Zavarian” Gomideh: free flag stickers, calendars, and Artsakh classroom posters, plus a fund for Artsakh students studying in Armenia, with priority for children of martyrs.
