A suite of datasets donated by Ohanian as co-principal investigator of the project 'Recovering Armenians in Late Ottoman Istanbul and Making Ottoman-Era Population Data Available for All' (2015–2018). It includes transcriptions of Ottoman population registers 511–517 covering 12,824 male Armenian permanent residents and 9,697 male Armenian migrants in 1830s–1880s Istanbul, plus a partial transcription of the c. 1907 register of the Armenian Apostolic Patriarchate of Constantinople covering 23,885 Apostolic Armenian men and women. The c. 1907 register was written in Armenian and Armeno-Turkish; a microfilm copy survives at the Zohrab Information Center in New York. The suite also publishes occupation classification keys and three interactive maps locating individuals at building level.
