Eligibility & details
US citizens in graduate study at one of roughly 70 designated US institutions, including Harvard, Columbia, Tufts, Brandeis, UCLA, UC Berkeley, CSU Northridge, University of Michigan, and St. Nersess Armenian Seminary. Any recognized field in the humanities, social sciences, or natural sciences qualifies, including law, medicine, engineering, and architecture, and candidates need an outstanding undergraduate record plus demonstrated financial need. Founded by Dolores Zohrab Liebmann, daughter of the Armenian statesman Krikor Zohrab; the fellowship itself is open to candidates of any descent, though the Fund's publications program focuses on Armenian culture and history.
